Caldwell Tree Care evolved from Caldwell landscape, which began in September 1993. Although officially incorporated as Caldwell landscape Company, Inc., Caldwell does business today as Caldwell Tree Care because of it's continued focus and evolution in the tree care business.
Having worked professionally in the green industry since May 1998, I have made a natural progression in the business. I started in Agronomy with TruGreen, eventually picking up on horticulture, and then moving up to arboriculture with Arborguard in the early 90's. As a young man from the age of seven, I walked behind mowers and landscaped until I completed colege in December 1987. My life seems to have naturally revolved around the green industry for 33 years.
It has ben my pleasure to serve on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Urban Forest Council and the Metro Atlanta Landscape and Turf Associateion (MALTA). I currently serve on the Board of the Georgia Turfgrass Association and am currently chairman of the Roswell Design Revew Board. On five different occasions, I have traveled to Washington, D.C. representing one or more of these groups regarding issues near and dear to the green industry. I continue to be active behind the scenes in some state political activities as well, including, but not limited to fundraising, etc. I employ an average of 20 employees year round and our gross revenue last year was about 2.3 million
I have been married to Kristen for 10 years and we have three children, Austin, Emma, and William.
